When signing up for rental of a spot, you will be charged your first cycle immediately.

7 days before your next billing date:  An invoice is generated, due in 7 days, and you will be notified via email.

On your billing date: If you have recurring billing setup, your credit card will be charged automatically .  If paying manually, you can pay with a card on file via the website. Successful payments will be notified via email and text.

1 day after your billing date:  If you have failed to make a successful payment, you will be notified via email and text.

2 days after your billing date:  If you failed to make a successful payment, you will be Locked Out from access to the storage area.  Again, you will receive an email and text.

5 days after your billing date:  If you failed to make a successful payment, you will be charged a $10 late fee.    Again, you will receive an e-mail and text

Abandonment: After 5 days from your billing date without receiving payment, and if your lot is unoccupied, Schmid Farms Storage reserves the right to check you out of the lot, thus allowing rental, unless prior arrangements can be made in writing
